What if I don’t need everything in the package?+

The features show what a typical scope looks like — most clients use most of them. During the workflow review we shape the deliverable to your business: deeper work on what you DO need, or a small price adjustment if a meaningful piece genuinely doesn’t apply. You’re not paying for capacity you can’t use.

What’s included in the support window?+

Minor adjustments, monthly check-ins, and unlimited email and text support — all included for the first 90 days after go-live (30 days for Presence, 12 months for Custom). No surprise tickets, no hourly meters.

Do I need to pay a monthly retainer?+

No. Setup fees are fixed and complete. After the support window, you have two clean choices: a retainer if you want us hands-on, or a full handoff and you own everything.

What happens after the support window ends?+

Your call. Switch to a retainer ($200–$1,500/mo depending on scope) for ongoing tuning, or take full ownership — we hand off domain, phone number, accounts, and documentation. No ransom, no lock-in.

Can I take everything with me if I leave?+

Yes. The domain, phone number, content, and accounts are in your name from day one. We provide a clean handoff package any time you ask.

What does “infrastructure at cost” mean?+

Phone minutes, SMS, AI usage, and hosting are billed at the exact vendor cost — we don’t mark them up. You see the underlying invoices on request.

How does the Payment Plan work?+

For Capture and Connect, we offer a payment plan if cash flow is tight. Ask during the workflow review and we’ll walk through the structure.
